NORTH FORREST VFD's HAUNTED FORREST...October 26, 27, 29, 30, 31 beginning at 6:30 nightly. Closed Sunday.  Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for 12 and under. Express passes for $20. Located just off the Evelyn Gandy Parkway in the Glendale community. Take I-59 to Exit 69 towards Glendale. Take the first right. (It will be about 2 miles).

THE TERROR TEST HAUNTED HOUSE...October 26 from 7:00 until midnight, October 27 from 7:00 until, October 28 beginning at 7:00, October 31 from 7:00 until 10:00. Admission: $15. Located at 201 Camp Avenue in Lumberton, at the base of the water tower.

CAMP FEAR...October 29-31 from 7:00 until midnight. Located off Highway 11 just south of Ellisville. Follow the signs. Admission: $7 or $15 for "Scare Pass."

TREATS IN THE STREETS & HAUNTED HOUSE...Jones County Junior College's Student Government Association will be hosting its annual "Treats in the Streets" on Wednesday, Oct 31st from 4pm – 10pm. Bruiser the Bobcat will be there making pictures to raise scholarship money. Hamburger or Sausage Dog plates and hot dogs will be available for purchase. A costume contest will be held at 5:30 for children of all ages. A haunted house will kick off at 7pm for all the older kids. The theme for the haunted house is "A Haunted Movie Theatre". Camp Fear...The employees of Ellisville State School present the scariest haunted trail around--- the legendary "Camp Fear". Ghouls & goblins will be waiting to give you the fright of your life on October 29th, 30th & 31st with gate open from 7pm to Midnight. Regular admission is $7, but purchase a 'Scare Pass' for $15 to get you to the front of the line. So come by Hwy 11 South across from Ellisville State School and be prepared to scream! (C.F. is operated by the staff of ESS's Department of Leisure Services and all proceeds go toward the client vacation and activities fund.)

SPOOK TRAIL...Sandersville Volunteer Fire Dept presents Frightmare Forest. A spook trail benefit for the Sandersville V.F.D. to be held in the haunted woods beside the old Sandersville School – home of Irene the Wolf Lady. Starting Oct 25th thru Oct 31st, 7:30pm – until. FRIENDLY SPOOK TRAIL..H&R Block will sponsor a "Friendly" Spook Walk to be held from 5pm to 7pm on Halloween Night next to the Fire Station in Taylorsville. The $3 per child donation will include games and candy with all proceeds to help promote autism awareness. Your support is greatly appreciated.

HALLOWEEN CARNIVAL....Southern Miss's University. Activities Council and the Office of Community Service Learning will sponsor a Halloween Carnival for Hattiesburg area elementary school children from 4 – 7pm on Friday Oct 26 at the Union. All children are welcome to attend. The event will feature booths and games and a prize will be given for best costume. Hot dogs, soft drinks & candy will be available. TRICK OR TREAT ON GREEK STREET....USM's Order of Omega is hosting their 5th annual "Trick or Treat on Greek Street" form 4 - 6 pm October 30th in the Village. HAUNTED HOUSE....The men of the Southern Miss chapter of Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) fraternity will host their 13th annual charity event, The A.T.O. Haunted House October 25th through 27th. At the chapter house on the campus of Southern Miss. Tickets are $5 and proceeds will benefit the Hattiesburg chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
